The traditional and quaint fishing village of L’Ametlla de Mar is located just 5mins away by car, ideal for a relaxing drink on the harbour watching the catch of the day being reeled in or a meal at one of the many Traditional Catalan or International restaurants. There is an indoor market held everyday selling fresh fish and produce, and a twice weekly outdoor market offering great value clothing and souvenirs.   L’Ametlla de Mar is also home to the Unique Tuna Tour, where you can take a boat trip and have the opportunity to swim with wild Tuna.

Just south of L’Ametlla de Mar, you will find the harbour town of L’Ampolla, offering a selection of restaurants including; Tapas, Fish and seafood, Italian and International restaurants, many overlooking the harbour. L’Ampolla has 2 fabulous beaches and is the “gateway” to the Ebro Delta.

Inbetween L’Ametlla and L’Ampolla you will find traditional and historic Catalan village of El Perello, famed for their natural honey, even sold in Harrods London, and Olive Oil. You will find a fabulous atmosphere, a good supermarket, a selection of bars and restaurants, and many special events during the summer, including fiestas, and bars with live music.
