Here at Family Villa Rentals our number 1 priority is ensuring your property is returned to you in the same condition as when you handed it over to us. Our 2nd priority is ensuring your rental guests have a fantastic holiday at your property and hopefully return again many times!
We take care of the entire rental process from start to finish. We would pay all advertising and marketing costs. As part of our administration service, we would ensure that the rental payments would be made to your chosen Spanish bank account
We would deal with all aspects of the rentals, including the full in-resort service which includes; the meet and greet service whereby we meet the clients guide them to your villa, provide a tour of the villa and facilities explaining the use of appliances, importance of using the window shutters carefully etc, provision of an information folder with maps, essential phone numbers etc. collection of a security deposit from the renters, and a 24hour on-call service during their stay. Regular checks of the rental property whilst the guests are in resort. At the end of the guests’ stay we would conduct an inventory check and ensure all is well with the villa before refunding the guests’ security deposit. We then carry out our cleaning and laundry service. We would provide bedding and towels for the rentals.
Before we request a deposit payment all rental clients are issued a very detailed rental contract requesting their passport details and ages of all guests, plus various rules of the rental, including the maximum occupancy and that we only accept family bookings. Numbers and ages of guests are checked before we accept the booking.
